Anhui Jinfeng Pectin Company, which was invested by the Zhejiang natural and founded in December 2008, is an integrating production and research for the integration of high-tech private enterprise. The annual output is planed to be 1000 tons of high standard pure pectin. When the project is completed, it will be the largest domestic manufacturer, which uses lemon peels, citrus peels as raw material.
The project is divided into two periods. The first period, which planed to produce 600 tons of pure pectin, was invested 38 millions yuan in all and held grand ceremony for establishing. And now the project have been finished and put into production. It can produce HM pectin, LM pectin, pectin for medicinal purposes and other series pectin, with LW pectin can fill the domestic large-scale production blank.
